By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services Overview

We provide online fitness and nutrition coaching, personalized programs, educational content, and related resources. Our services are designed for informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to use our resources responsibly. You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

4. Coaching Programs & Payment Policy

All coaching programs require a minimum 16-week commitment unless otherwise stated. Programs will auto-renew based on the current plan at a month to month rate after the original agreement period. You must give 7 days notice if you wish discontinue your current program. Payment is due in advance prior to the start of services. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to this policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including videos, guides, programs, text, graphics, and other materials—is the property of Under Pressure LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without our written permission.
